Leading with A process: that begins & ends with you

As the founder of SpaceLifts by Amanda, she approaches each project through a highly curated and detail-oriented lens, drawing inspiration from architecture, fashion and the natural world. Her experience collaborating with architects, builders, and homeowners across both residential and commercial spaces has shaped a varied and intuitive perspective. Whether designing a luxury kitchen or bath, reimagining a primary suite, or curating furnishings for an entire home, Amanda’s focus remains the same: A home should reflect the essence of who you are- expressive, refined, and layered with individual meaning. Her work is rooted in creating spaces that feel elevated, personal, and deeply intentional.

This call lays the foundation for the entire project, allowing the designer & the client to connect, exchange ideas, and establish a shared vision. The process begins with understanding how you live, what inspires you, and how you want your home to feel. Clients will complete a digital questionnaire followed by a 60-minute in-person consultation and walkthrough of the space to discuss goals, explore possibilities, and begin shaping the overall design direction.
Once your consultation is complete and the agreement has been finalized, you'll receive a welcome package outlining next steps, project details, and helpful FAQs to reference throughout the design process. From there, the ideas and inspiration discussed during our initial meeting will begin evolving into a more defined design direction as work begins on your custom presentation, which will be scheduled in the weeks ahead.
This will include floor plans, elevations, mood boards, color palettes, material samples, furniture selections, and preliminary budget guidance, depending on the scope of the project. This presentation is intended to visually communicate the overall design direction while also outlining the functional and practical elements needed to thoughtfully bring the space to life.
This phase is where we begin to execute the vision. Materials and furnishings are finalized, orders are placed, and each layer of the design is thoughtfully executed. The result is a refined, fully realized space designed to feel seamless, elevated, and deeply reflective of you.
